Brief Instruction:
Endoscopic high-temperature industrial CCTV is a special closed-circuit television equipment used in high-temperature environment, using compressed air cooling. The probe is made of double-layer stainless steel, and the interlayer is directly cooled by water. The compressed air of inner layer directly cools the camera and lens through the vortex refrigeration tube. At the same time, the compressed air spurts out from the front pinhole and form an air curtain to suppress the furnace Internal flame and dust, and effectively reduce the heat radiation of the probe because of the high temperature in the furnace.
The equipment can push the camera lens into the furnace wall through the furnace wall opening to directly observe the work piece operation, the material melting and the flame shape in the furnace. It is widely applied in industrial high-temperature equipment such as heating furnaces, steam boilers, glass melting tanks, and sintering furnaces.
Auto-protection function:
This device will exit when any one of following condition appears: the pressure is low, the temperature is over high and the power is cut-off.
