Brief Instruction: Endoscopic high-temperature industrial CCTV is specialized equipment designed for extreme environments. It utilizes compressed air and water cooling systems. The probe features double-layer stainless steel, with the inner layer housing a vortex refrigeration tube to protect the camera and lens.
The system creates an air curtain at the front pinhole to suppress furnace flames and dust, effectively reducing heat radiation. This allows for direct observation of material melting, flame shapes, and workpiece operations in heating furnaces, steam boilers, and glass melting tanks.
When the compressed air pressure drops below 0.4Mpa, the PLC system automatically triggers the camera housing to exit the furnace to prevent damage.
If the internal probe head temperature exceeds safety thresholds (monitored via thermocouple), the system automatically withdraws the camera.
Equipped with a solenoid valve system that automatically withdraws the probe immediately if the system loses electrical power.
