Pipes automatic storage unit: The system consists of a set of loading and unloading gantry system, profile material racks, material frames, and guide rails. The main structure has a high load-bearing capacity, is sturdy and durable, and can store single or bundled profiles of different types. The number of layers and quantity of the racks can be customized according to the factory.
The storage capacity can be expanded or reduced at any time according to requirements. Each compartment can bear a maximum weight of 5 tons, holding hundreds of tons of profiles with high efficiency.
Profiles are densely and orderly stacked vertically, saving significant production space. This simplifies material searching and makes retrieval/storage much more convenient.
The 3D material warehouse utilizes advanced management systems. Complete loading and unloading via the operation console, reducing manual labor and providing clear inventory stock levels.
Includes upper-lower loading gantry, racks, frames, and rails. The Y-axis and Z-axis are driven separately, further optimizing warehouse space utilization.
