X5-HT pipeline CCTV Inspection robot is a professional tool designed on the basis of industrial personal computer (IPC) system, using a laptop as the primary controller. During operation, high-resolution defect images are captured, and testing reports can be generated immediately. The system also provides real-time pipeline gradient curves to determine sediment conditions. Equipped with a fish-eye lens and specialized analysis software, it creates panoramic images of the internal pipe walls for precise measurement of cracks and diameters.

The X5-HT system is composed of the crawler, high-performance lens, cable reel, and main controller. The crawler can be outfitted with various lenses (rotary, direct-view, or fish-eye) to respond to movement orders including advance, reverse, turning, and speed adjustment. The main controller records real-time state information and allows for manual annotations on the touch interface.
