1. Why use a Robotic Screw driving machine?
It provides better quality through consistent torque readouts for every production point and increases efficiency by reducing manpower requirements by one to three people.
2. What are the feeding types for the system?
We offer three main types: vibrator sorting based on screw type/size, pick and place via a screw presenter, and direct air blowing feeding to the screwdriver.
3. What kind of screws are fit for the air blowing type machine?
Models M1.4 to M4 are suitable. The screw length should be less than 16mm (customizable if longer) and must be over 1.2 times the diameter to prevent flipping inside the tube.
4. How does the dual rail system work?
The dual rail system allows for loading/unloading products on the second rail simultaneously while the first rail is actively undergoing the fastening process, minimizing downtime.
5. What are the safety features of the machine?
All machines come with an accessible emergency stop button. A safety enclosure or safety door is available as an optional feature.
6. Is the screw driving system compatible with other robots?
